FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. – August 31, 2016 – On Sunday, August 28, 2016, Hyundai Hope On Wheels® held its 6^th annual 5K/10K Run/Walk in Fountain Valley, California, to raise funds for pediatric cancer research. With more than 500 runners and walkers of all ages participating, the annual event underscored the official kick-off of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Following the race, Hyundai Hope on Wheels presented a check in the amount of $154,000 to the Hyundai Cancer Institute at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), representing the funds raised by the local community through this event.
