“Find Hope” Campaign Terms and Conditions

By choosing to participate in the Hyundai Hope on Wheels (“HHOW”) Find Hope campaign by posting or commenting in this thread or otherwise, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The Find Hope Campaign (“the campaign”) is being conducted by HHOW to promote awareness of Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month. The campaign has been created and is managed exclusively by HHOW. Neither Instagram nor any other social media platform has participated in the creation of this campaign or its content, nor have they endorsed or are managing it in any way. Nor do any of the individuals, hospitals, or other medical service providers featured in this thread have any responsibility for the selection and posting of the campaign context, or the creation and management of the campaign.
The purpose of the campaign is to promote awareness around pediatric cancer and engagement by sharing the inspiring stories described in this thread. Participation by posting, re-posting, or commenting is entirely voluntary. Those who chose to participate in the campaign by posting, re-posting, or commenting will receive no compensation or other monetary benefits. Only residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the campaign. By posting or commenting in the campaign thread you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirements.
“Winning” comments in the thread will be selected at random. HHOW will donate teddy bears to pediatric hospitals in honor of those comments. “Winning” comments may be identified in the campaign Instagram thread, but individual teddy bear donations will not be ascribed or attributed to particular commenter account names. The purpose of this is solely to promote engagement and awareness. No monetary or other rewards will be received by those whose comments are selected, and no charitable deduction or other benefit to the “winner” will be created thereby.
HHOW reserves the right to control the posting of comments in the thread and to delete or block those that, in its sole discretion, it determines to be not consistent with the purpose of the campaign or otherwise inappropriate.
