FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Sept. 17, 2025

Following a dramatic and successful race at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) that saw a second-place finish for Mark Wilkins and Bryson Morris, Hyundai is heading to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) for the next round of the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (IMPC). This weekend, the focus is twofold: extending Hyundai’s championship lead and fighting childhood cancer by raising awareness for the brand’s Hyundai Hope on Wheels charity. The IMS 120 race is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 20, and fans can watch the live coverage on Peacock beginning at 9:33 a.m. ET.

The No. 33 Bryan Herta Autosport (BHA) Hyundai Elantra N TCR of Mark Wilkins and Bryson Morris will feature a special Hyundai Hope on Wheels livery at IMS. This will highlight Hyundai’s commitment to fighting childhood cancer, which is a significant part of the team’s identity. The No. 33 car number itself honors Reese Imhoff, a friend of the team who passed away from a rare form of bone cancer.

About Hyundai Hope on Wheels
Hyundai Hope on Wheels is one of the largest nonprofit funders of pediatric cancer research in the U.S. The organization was launched in 1998, and since then, for every new Hyundai vehicle sold, Hyundai and its dealers donate to the fight against childhood cancer. Earlier this month, Hyundai Hope on Wheels celebrated its 27th anniversary with a $27 million commitment and lifetime giving of $277 million at its annual gala in Washington, D.C.

For every lap led by a Hyundai during the season, Hyundai Hope on Wheels donates $100 to a local children’s hospital – with $38,700 raised this year. Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital will be the beneficiary of Saturday’s race at IMS.

About the Race
The team arrives at Indianapolis with significant championship momentum. The recent race at VIR demonstrated the resilience of the Hyundai entries, with a result further solidifying Hyundai’s lead in the Manufacturers’ Championship. The iconic IMS presents a unique challenge, and the team is ready to leverage its collective experience and the Elantra N TCR’s robust performance.

This race at IMS is BHA’s home race. The team is now running out of a new, state-of-the-art facility in Brownsburg, Ind.

Special Guest: At the IMS 120 race, BHA will be joined by a very important guest, Hyundai Hope on Wheels National Youth Ambassador, Jackson Trinh. Jackson is ten years old and in remission after fighting B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia for two years.
